Few business locations in High Springs offer as much exposure to driving and walking traffic as does this one. Located across the old railroad tracks (which are now removed and the area used as a city park) from the main downtown businesss district, the building is seen by the many daily visitors to the shops and restaurants downtown as well as by hundreds of people passing each day on busy Main Street (US 41-27).
