The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and also features french doors that open to the backyard, which is both peaceful and private. The mounted television and sonos system will remain in the living room, along with the top of the line washer/dryer, and oversized backyard umbrella, which shades the entire rear patio so you can enjoy the outdoors no matter what month. Flexible on move-in date beginning mid December through end of January. If you're new to town I have a list of everyone who takes care of the house, from handyman to lawn to cleaning. Everything you need is a hop, skip and jump away; the Sunday market on 5th Ave N, downtown, the beach, groceries, restaurants, parks, the Jim and Heather Gills YMCA — all of it. This neighborhood has heart, and this is very well taken care of (4 HVAC filters will be provided for you, yearly). First month + security due at lease signing. Pets on a strict case by case basis.
