The dining room is open to the living area with french doors that open to the pool lani. There are large windows from the front of the home which open and allow wonderful light and sunshine in the morning. Your view as you walk from the front porch into the front door leads you right out to the pool and lake. The lani provides you additional outside entertaining, and the pool and hot tub make for great fun in the sun. All rooms include nice ceiling fans and the living room has a fireplace for ambiance as well as an additional heat source during any chilly evening. The additional bedrooms are nice sized with a second full bath located between them. Our home can be sold semi furnished (the furnishings are optional) LOCATION, Location, location!!! Lake Placid is centrally located, a quaint small community loaded with lakes, history, and murals all throughout the town. The location is quiet, away from big city sirens, but just a one tank trip to the excitement of Disney, Key West, or either East or West Coast. It doesn't get much better than this! Lake Placid is the Caladium Capital of the world. The caladium fields are beautiful! We have a clown school, a train depot museum, and my last count included 45 murals painted around town.
