EXCITING NEWS!!! Dylan’s Grove is now being expanded to add Phase 2A, featuring nine estate size lots, mostly in the 2 ¾ to 3 ¾ acre range. The homesites are open and level and the forty acres comprising Phase 2A is surrounded by a stand of huge, mature oak trees in the 100 foot wide common area buffer around the perimeter of the community. There will be a 6 foot wide paved jogging trail, meandering through the wooded buffer; totaling about 2 ½ miles along the trail through Phase 1 and 2A.
