I DID NOTICE SOME OF THE OTHERS FOR SALE DO HAVE WETLANDS, BUT NOT THIS ONE. THE SELLERS SAID THE MOBILE HOME IS GONE, BUT WELL AND SEPTIC REMAIN ON SITE. THE SELLERS ARE OUT OF STATE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE PROPERTY, SO NOT SURE WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE LOT AND I'M NOT LOCAL AND HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE PROPERTY MYSELF. THERE ARE NO DEED RESTRICTIONS OR HOA FEES OUT HERE. THE COUNTY WEBSITE SHOWS THE WELL WAS PUT IN 2010, BUT NOT SURE ABOUT THE SEPTIC. SELLERS ARE NOT MAKING ANY GUARANTEES AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE WELL/SEPTIC, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND HAVING THEM INSPECTED IF THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU.
