With this canal lot you get a double pad, dock for fishing and tying your boat off and several sheds to store your gear. This site has dual hook ups so you can pull in or back in. Both hook ups have water, sewer, 30 and 50 amp and cable tv. If you bring your 24ft or smaller boat you are in for a treat. River Ranch has access to the Kissimmee River which has some of the best bass fishing in Florida! If you don't have a boat you can fish from your dock. There is pillow bounce, mechanical bull, climbing tower, Arcade/game room, mini golf, outside movie on the greens, bicycle rentals, airboat rides, river boat rides, swamp buggy, hayrides, petting farm, rock climbing, trap & skeet range and a bow target for shooting. Westgate Rodeo is the longest running rodeo in FL. They perform every Saturday night.. There is even a Saloon (family friendly), they give line dancing lessons for free. There are four places to eat on the "Ranch"! The new River Ranch Cattlemen Chop House Company, Westgate Smokehouse Grill, River Ranch Saloon, and the Pizza House.
