Take some time and make sure to stop by Tee Side Patio Café for food located just minutes from the condo, this little gem of a restaurant is the perfect pit stop for quick lunch. This condo boasts unobstructed views of the lake and is the perfect vacation home for you and your family to truly adventure! House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Sorry, no pets, no exception per HOA. Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club has a mandatory registration membership transfer fee of 200.00 (November through April) or $50 (May through October), and $300 for any bookings 2+ months. All reservation made prior to June 15, 2021 will need to pay this membership fee directly to Heritage Oaks. Reservations made after June 15, 2021 will include the membership fee in the reservations grand total. Upon arrival, Heritage Oaks will set up a reserve with you of $500 (charged to your credit card and paid directly to Heritage Oaks) for you to utilize all the amenities of Heritage Oaks. **Taxes and fees not included.
