Riverwalk in Bradenton – A local gem featuring walking trails, waterfront dining, a playground, and public art. Manatee River – Take advantage of water sports, fishing, or simply relax along the riverbanks. The best beaches located a short 25 minute drive away. Close to Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa for concerts, comedy clubs, festivals, and lots of activities. Many choices for fishing charters, parasailing, kayaking with manatees, and paddle boarding just minutes away. Driveway and street parking for your convenience. For long-term rentals (term of 6 months and 1 day) the rental rate is $2750 per month and does not include utilities but does include lawn care. Upfront fees required are first/last month’s rent/security deposit, each equal to $2750, and nonrefundable pet fee of $500 per pet required if applicable. Short term rental (leases less than 6 months) rate is $4500 a month plus 12% resort tax required by state and county, and includes cost of lawn care and utilities in the rent. Electric is capped at $200 per month, water at $100 per month, gas at $50.00 per month. Short term rental requires a $1000 security deposit, $350 cleaning fee and $500 refundable pet fee per pet if applicable. The short-term rental period must be 30 days minimum. Included furnishings may be slightly different than pictured. All measurements are approximate and should be verified by tenants.
