Two smart thermostats control the central air and heat (one for the ground floor, one for the top floor). There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The backyard also offers a gazebo, a Blackstone gas griddle, lounge chairs by the pool, a fire pit, and a corn hole game and an axe trowing game for added fun. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Need to do some work or study? There is a work space on the lower level for you to be able to concentrate and get work done! The home is equipped with 2 high chairs, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are also 3 strollers, a baby bathtub, baby car seat, play pen, stroller, 3 baby gates, and a car seat. The pool area also has a removable kid fence. Inside the shed you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, an Igloo Cooler with wheels, a wagon, beach toys and body boards, beach towels, a couple fishing rods, and more.
