Other Roommates will not be responsible for new tenant transportation. Also, no commercial vehicles (Per HOA regulation), and you will be limited to bringing just one vehicle. Note: If you agree to live at this property, a background check will be done. Home is not an alternative for extra storage; if you need extra space, you’ll have to get that on your own.
