The keypad enabled door between both closets grants access to the guest house which features a full living room w/ two large sofas including a queen pullout sleeper sofa as well as two club chairs. Two in-pool club chairs offer cupholders for your cold beverages as you soak up the Sarasota sunshine. Need some shade? We installed a Miami Dade hurricane rated patio with covered roof and an outdoor kitchen and bar area offering ample counter space and cabinetry, a mini fridge, and a premium 40" propane grill. 4 stools face the mounted TV so you can watch the game while your loved ones play nearby. Outdoor dining can be had either at the outdoor kitchen bar or the dining table with seating for 8 under a teal Sunbrella.
