Casa Magica is located on a triangular parcel of almost a half an acre, in the La PRRA neighborhood of Vieques, Puerto Rico. The concrete structure has a main floor consisting of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, porch, combined dining and living room, one bathroom and a basement underneath. There is also another unfinished structure on the property that could be finished as a garage with artists studio or apartment above, or as a new complete house.
