Thank you for your interest in Cynthia Gardens. All apartments at Cynthia Gardens, are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The shortest term lease that we offer is a 7 month lease. For short term leases (7-11 months) , there is an additional $150 per month added monthly to rental rates. The rent at Cynthia Gardens includes the water, trash, sewer, pest control and general maintenance. For an additional furniture charge, we have a student package set up with CORT which includes sofa, cocktail table, floor lamp, dinette with 2 chairs, twin bed, dresser/mirror, night stand & lamp. Additional Deposits may apply for tenants who require a co-signer or for lower credit approval. To reserve a unit, all you will need to do is submit the application fee, $200.00 admin fee and the $690.00 security deposit. This will need to be submitted in the form of a money order, certified cashier's check, wire transfer with an additional $15.00 fee or credit card with an additional 3% fee. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted for the move in costs. After the tenant(s) have moved in, tenants who qualified with fair to good credit may submit monthly rent in the form a personal check, money order, cashier's check or cash.
