Two smart thermostats control the central air and heat (one for the ground floor, one for the top floor). There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The backyard also offers a gazebo, a Blackstone gas griddle, lounge chairs by the pool, a fire pit, and a corn hole game and an axe trowing game for added fun.
