They say size matters, I argue that LOCATION matters more! This home is located minutes from I-75, Tampa Premium Outlets, Grove at Wesley Chapel (and KRATE- coming soon), the Shops at Wiregrass and tons of bars and restaurants. The owners were unable to complete the renovations to this 4-bedroom 2.5-bath home so you can pick up where they left off and customize it to suit! Nestled nicely on a premium cul-de-sac lot, this home also sits on conservation, like actual conservation with no rear neighbors or cows. If you like high HOAs and nosy neighbors, then this isn’t the house for you. But if super cool humans and occasional visits from the deer interest you, then come take a look. However, bring your buckets because we brought the popcorn…ceilings that is. The AC is a 2009 and runs great after two BIG dogs living in the home, I would recommend a cleaning. The roof is original but has always kept the rain out. The staircase trim needs to be finished and you’ll definitely need a full interior paint job. But hey, while you finish up on the inside, they saved you a step and painted the exterior with the very popular Dorian Grey and Timberwolf. Bring a hammer and nails because the mailbox is a little wonky and so is the landscaping but the mature oaks are gorgeous and the backyard crepe myrtle bursts with blooms every summer. The bottom line is this house is in a high demand area in Florida and is priced accordingly . With some cash and a few weeks, you can have this home move-in ready.
