Move in Fees and when to pay:
• $2,299 Security Deposit – due immediately after approval to reserve the home
•$2511 Total of First Month’s Rent & Applicable Fees- Due at least 10 days before move in
• $100 One-Time Admin Fee-
An increase to administrative fee may apply if you require exceptions, special requirements or change in timelines after application has been approved.
• Pet Fee (if applicable)
Pet Approval: All furry, feathered, or scaly friends must be verified and approved through a 3rd party Petscreening . This includes ESAs and support animals. Pet rent is set by Petscreening based on status, size, and species — basically a small “paw-ty fee” for unlimited cuddles, tail wags, and purrs.
