Three Rivers Estates subdivision is located near both the Santa Fe River and the Ichtucknee River. Ownership of this lot entitles access to several locked riverside community parks on both rivers with an annual $175 fee to the HOA. This lot is 0.9 acres being 100 feet wide along Richmond Way and 400 feet in depth. It's heavily wooded in old-growth mixed-hardwood trees. The town of Fort White is 5 miles to the east, and Ichetucknee Springs State Park is a half mile to the north. The Ichetucknee is a clear-water 8 mile long river popular with canoers, kayakers and visitors who rent large tire inner tubes to float downstream. The Santa Fe River is a dark-water river which flows from near High Springs to empty into the Suwannee River about 5-6 river miles to the west.
