The living room is expansive and the in-wall A/C unit allows use of the windows when the weather allows. Water, sewer, and trash removal services are included in the rent, the apartment comes with window blinds, and each apartment is assigned one parking space. Maximum of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment. $80 non-refundable application fee per person. 12 month leases only. MINIMUM move in cost = two months rent (the first full months rent PLUS one month rent as the security deposit. We do NOT collect the last months rent in advance. Small pets allowed up to 25lbs - fee required. The property features a lovely central area between the two buildings and an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. Please be aware there is one guest parking spot for the entire building and the parking lot is at capacity; there is no room in the lot for an additional car if you are a two car household.
