Great for long term stays. - Pool heater is $30 per day. - Playpen for sleep + mattress and bedsheets, high chair, baby bath available (please request these items when booking as they are NOT at the listing). - Air mattress must be requested when booking. - Box of pool toys. - Towels for pool and beach are provided. - Beach Gear: Only beach gear provided are towels, big beach blanket and cooler. - Big outdoor netted pool area + big fenced backyard. - Renovated interior - Home is fully stocked and has everything you will need for your stay (fully stocked kitchen). - Dedicated work space with a desk and comfortable chair in the master bedroom. - Super comfy couch great for family/friends to relax together and watch TV. - Central AC and heating. - Wifi. - TV's in 3 of the bedrooms + living room. - Free washer and dryer in laundry room. - Parking: can fit either 2 big cars or 4 small cars. Plus you are able to park on the grass next to the driveway if needed. - Toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided but we do NOT provide unlimited amount only a starter pack. - 15-minute drive to the nearest beach (Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach). - 10-minute drive to grocery stores.
