The community has a resort style main pool and spa located at the Harbour Isle Beach Club plus 3 smaller neighborhood pools for your ultimate enjoyment. There are plenty of opportunities to meet new friends through social events and activities coordinated by an activity director. There is also a fitness center, Sky Bar and restaurant and walking trails. Just outside the front gate you will find a marina with wet and dry slips available for rental, the Compass Hotel and Floridays restaurant. Directly across Manatee Avenue is Neal Preserve for your hiking enjoyment. All this is just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island, one of the best beaches in the world. Experience the feeling of living on a private island near the Gulf of Mexico. Come stay at a place where you will create memories that will last a lifetime. 30 day minimum rental period. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. Utilities, cable or streaming and WIFI are included. RATES: Dec - Jan: $7000 per month* // May - Nov: $5500 per month* (*additional fees & taxes apply). Agent reserves the right to only accept 3 month minimum rentals during the high season months of December - April. Prices shown are based on 6 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Additional charges will be: a refundable Security Deposit ($500) or a non-refundable Damage Protection Insurance ($55), Departure Cleaning Fee ($300), Booking fee ($250.00), Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested and purchased at the time of booking). Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received. NOTE: We do not accept reservations for high season months of Jan - April for less than 90 days until after Labor Day. Tenants who are in for the current winter have first option to renew for the next year, and have until April 15 to advise us if they are returning.
