Beautiful kitchen and Living room on first level. All bedrooms and laundry area on second floor. Please do not apply for this rental unless you have a good rental history. Lower Credit score doesn’t have to be an issue but certain collections may be an issue. Please ask questions prior to applying as application fee of $100 per adult is non-refundable and used for credit and background check. No exceptions. Once approved tenants have to pay the HOA application fee. If the owner will approve you then you will be approved by the HOA. Ground maintenance is for the HOA and tenants don’t have to worry about that. One pet is welcome with non-refundable pet fee of $300 and $25 monthly pet rent. Proof of breed and vaccinations must be provided at time of applying. Weight limit is 30 lbs for one pet.
