Just recently updated…the cottage features new furnishings, 3 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans and wifi. The full bathroom includes tub/shower. A large walk-in closet/pantry is great for storage. Community has a parking lot exclusively for guests with passes provided. There are endless activities nearby from the community pool, Lido Beach, walking trails, kayaking, shelling, biking, shopping, dining or simply relaxing! You can bring your furry friend…small dogs with prior approval and $250 pet fee. Sorry, no kitties…No smoking allowed inside or out. Cottage has storage area for bikes and kayaks during your stay. Bring your bikes or rentals are close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler and beach towels provided. ALSO AVAILABLE WEEKLY - 7 day minimum stay required. Guests are required to complete a Guest form prior to arrival. Coin operated washers and dryers are on site for your use. Simply the perfect getaway!
