The storage room that is accessed from the lanai is an exceptional feature. It is good for storing recreational items on an everyday basis, and very good for locking up your personal items if you choose to rent this unit seasonally or loan it to friends and relatives. Everyone at Edgewater Village enjoys the camaraderie that is demonstrated at the nice clubhouse, the pool/tennis & pickle ball courts/boccie courts/shuffle-board courts, and the outdoor gathering/picnic areas. Nearby downtown Punta Gorda boasts many entertainments, restaurants, walking paths, etc. You can walk there from EWV if you are ambitious.
