Herringbone pattern plank flooring in the living room, straight plank flooring in the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and all bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. Separate covered lanai with a TV, outdoor table and a gas firepit leaving you plenty of room by the pool to lounge and play. One covered 10,000 lb boat lift is available to use.
