LAKE GEORGE ROAD

This 14.22 acres of agriculturally zoned property has of an active producing fernery consisting of approximately 4.5 acres of leatherleaf fern and .5 acres of tree fern. The property has over 300 feet of frontage on Lake George Rd. which leads to Lake George which is about 2 miles to the west. Lake George is the second largest lake in the state and the St. Johns River runs through Lake George - great for boating or fishing.
