2.5 acre partially cleared cul-de-sac lot in 6 lot Gated subdivision with a private asphalt milled road. This lot should required limited to no clearing. Unfortunately not all 2.5 acres is not suitable to place a home. As part of the lot has an excessive slope in what would be the back of the lot. There is plenty of land to construct a larger home. It is a wooded lot with live oaks; except small 1/4 to1/2 acre cleared just enough to construct a typical size home. It has excellent privacy. But would not be good for pasture…. The Minimum clearing was done for a home location the rest is wooded. It sits between 2-2.5 acres lots (sold) on each side; nothing behind the lot. It is in the back of the subdivision in the cul-de-sac in between two newly constructed homes. The boundary survey, TOPO survey has been completed. With the lot clearing is a cost savings. This 2.5 acre lot is part of a 6 Lot gated subdivision. That does NOT have a HOA. Three new homes have been constructed in the subdivision in 2022 ranging from 2000 SFT to 4000 SFT. A 4th home is currently under construction. The minimum size home that can be constructed is 2000 square feet.
