Complete drive around truck access, the fenced rear lot is approx 11,000 sq ft paved, w/additional 2000+/- grass area. Even with the nasty 2024 hurricane season, there was no structural damage or flooding, just some cosmetic improvements/upgrades have been completed on the front. The complete roof was sealcoated around 2000, and skylights all resealed in 2018. Pictures posted here, show the middle with new automotive equipment in place which has since been removed. It still reflects the correct layout of the interior space presently used for storage. Again, there is absolutely no equipment (in pics) inside the bldg anymore.
