Paint is in excellent condition. There are columns in the dining and living room. Then add the trey ceiling in the primary bedroom with ensuite roman walk-in shower, dual walk-in closets and duplicate sinks. On top of that, covered with plantation shutters, the Master has sliding doors to the lanai. IT IS FULLY AND FINELY FURNISHED. All furnishings are negotiable and available if desired including a very nice golf cart. The double garage along with an additional golf cart garage leaves you with plenty of room for the workshop and your vehicles. Allure Loop is just that, with very little traffic and nestled in the villages of Buttonwood. As the listing agent, I live right up the street and can assure you it takes by golf cart approximately 13 minutes to arrive at Sumter Landing (4 miles), 22 minutes to get to Spanish Springs Square (7 miles) and 18 minutes to be in Brownwood (5 miles). I know this because we rented our smaller home up the street three years ago for $6,500/month and we’re not on the golf course!
