This home is a newly listed vacation home and will add a sofa bed in the third bedroom and beach toys for your use. Rental rates are as follows for certain months of the year. December and January $6000, February, March, and April $8000, May $5000, June and July 2024 $5000, August through November $4000. Each rental will include a $75 booking fee, $300 cleaning fee, and tourist taxes of 12.5% for total rental amount. Renting multiple months will give you a discount of $100 per additional month. For example, $300 off each month if rented for 3 months.
