The Floral City Strawberry Festival is scheduled for March 4 & 5, 2023 featuring live music, vendors, food, arts and crafts. Also, the Floral City Park is .7 miles away. It features almost every recreational activity you can imagine. Disc golf course, tennis, racquetball, playground, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball and there are covered pavilions and picnic tables, all free to the public. About a 15 min drive north is the town of Inverness and 15 min south is Brooksville for major shopping and restaurants.
