First one here will be the lucky one!! This home has so many remodeling upgrades inside and out that I will try to not forget any. Starting with when you pull up, the grass is like carpet, and you enter on a stamped concrete driveway. As you approach the front door, you will notice an electric roll down hurricane shutter. All new Coretech laminate flooring was installed in 2020 in the formal dining room, living room and master bedroom. All the curbing was installed in 2016 and was specially matched to the house painted colors. Colorful and mature landscaping everywhere. The bathrooms were completed gutted and remodeled in 2014 and they are simply gorgeous. The kitchen was remodeled as well, and all cabinets are wood doors and fronts with all upgraded granite and undermount sinks. The crown molding throughout the home is next level decorative molding. The ceramic tile in the kitchen, laundry room, dinette and the huge 18 x 17 family was all installed in 2014. The pictures of some of these upgrades do not do this home justice. The roof was upgraded when installed to a barrel tile looking metal roof. The windows were replaced in 2009 to vinyl double paned windows. The pool area is large and has a spectacular view of the water as this home lines straight up with a long intersecting canal way that is much nicer than a regular canal lot. You will find yourself falling asleep out on the lanai with the breeze and wonderful view of the water and the boats going by. This home has a 30 ft. concrete dock with wrapped poles and a boat lift. Five-inch baseboard with upgraded ceiling fans and lighting fixtures finish are just some of the finishing touches to this home. Interior windows are finished off by either blinds and drapes or plantation shutters. The lanai had new brick pavers put in in 2016 over the entire pool service area, that leads to a brick paver patio out back with a staircase down to the dock and boat.
