The vegetation, including coconut and avocado trees, provides plenty of privacy. The front yard is green as well, with shrubs and palm trees running along the enclosed porch, next to a wide two-car driveway. Behind the driveway is a two-car garage with a workshop area. The community provides plenty of additional guest parking for a large clubhouse and pool, two tennis courts, and a basketball half court. The community lies between the Gulf of Mexico and Anclote River. There is a freshwater lake and a few ponds on the premises. There is security staff onsite 24 hours a day, operating the gate and monitoring the common areas in person and via a CC camera system. Landscaping is pristine, street lighting is in good working order, and all utility pipes/cables are buried. The fishing pier is ideally positioned for watching the sunset. Known for its rich culture and history, as well as over 50 miles of waterfront, Tarpon Springs is commonly ranked as one of Florida's best beach towns. The popular Fred Howard Park and idyllic Sunset Beach are about 2.5 miles away. The downtown district and world-famous Sponge Docks offer a variety of shops and restaurants. Bayous and canals zigzag the area, so dolphin and manatee sightings are quite frequent. There are multiple marinas within a five-mile radius, including two visible across Anclote River. Golf carts are welcome in the community and in Tarpon Springs at large. The closest golf course is 10 minutes away; the well-known Innisbrook Golf Resort is 15 minutes away. So is AL Anderson park on the freshwater Lake Tarpon, the largest lake in Pinellas County. US Hwy 19, running along the lake, is a major north/south thoroughfare. (The owner will leave the furniture and replace the carpets with vinyl flooring upon request.)
