This is a nice comfortable home that has been well maintained, and improved without changing the structure in any way. Recently: A new roof in the summer of 2019 a Cement Driveway in September 2020, a Seawall in May 2021, an a new air conditioner in June 2021 with a 10 year warranty. The photos show most of the interior of the home. The fixtures, amenities, appliances, etc. are pretty much what you would expect. If you would like some additional descriptions or explanations, Please telephone. The overall advantages of this location have been described very professionally, in many listings. What I think is not describe that often, from this vantage point anyway, is the wide-open view of the Bay from an Easterly direction. Looking towards the East offers some pretty unique and spectacular, ever-changing views. The morning sunrise brings the bay to life and changes the shades and colors of the water, as the day moves into the night. The afternoon sunlight lights up the boats on the bay, in a way that you never get used to. Kind of unusual for the West Coast of Florida, which is known for its dramatic sunsets. And there is another advantage to an Easterly view. Until we moved here. We never realized how spectacular Sunrises and especially Moon Rises can be. All photos in the listing were taken using a 5 megapixel camera phone, then just cropped and "auto-corrected". NO photo shopping. They are very accurately shown.
