Your neighbors will become fast friends and a friendly, or perhaps not so friendly, pickleball match will ensue. Tennis, basketball, scenic jogging paths, fitness center and state of the art pool area that stays at a comfortable temperature year round are right at hand. For your time indoors, this gorgeous home with thoughtful touches, will provide the perfect setting to an amazing winter holiday. Well stocked with all the modern conveniences of home, you can pack lightly. Your love of cooking will return in this updated kitchen looking out upon the dining and living room with a perfect view to the preserve that lies just outside the lanai. The living area is comfortably designed and a warm ambiance is created with the electric fireplace. For those working remotely, there is a dedicated office space with strong Wi-Fi . Now I lay me down to sleep in King sized bedding for bedding for a restful night's sleep. The attached bathroom has dual sinks and a walk in shower. No fighting over space here. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed which offers equal comfortability. Perfect for guests or perhaps two couples wishing to share space.
