The Pinellas County Trail with 3 County parks in walking or biking distance. There are several beaches close by including Sunset Beach, Fred Howard Park, Honeymoon State Beach and Caladesi Island and Dunedin Causeway Beach. There is also a bar with countertop and Wood Burning Fireplace * DINING AREA: Seating at Dining Table with room for 6, plus 4 bar stools at the counter. Additional seating for 4 at the table in the living room. * KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you’ll need…All kitchen items are new, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers. Brand New Appliances just installed! * LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer located in the garage * BEDROOM 1: Has Queen size bed with brand new pillows, mattress, and mattress protector. Plenty of space to unpack with the brand new Custom Closets * BEDROOM 2: Has Queen size bed with brand new pillows, mattress, and mattress protector. Small Desk/Workspace is also available in this area. * BEDROOM 3: Has a Twin Daybed with pull out Trundle and a sofa that turns into a Queen bed.
