This building has a heated pool facing the ocean (Oh, what a view!) - so if you want to swim 365 days a year even when it gets too freezing which is by Miami standards as 60-degree weather, then, by all means, you can go ahead.

They have a gym with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment so have your workout first before heading to the beach. Get energized and relax on the beach after.


All utilities except electricity are included and air-conditioner works on a central chiller so electricity cost is quite minimal.

They allow 30-day rentals, 12 times a year which is a nice move as it can easily take care of the maintenance and tax costs by renting the unit out a few months. Use the condo if you need it, but there’s an option for you to have it rented out while you’re away. Cool, isn’t it? This makes Decoplage one perfect investment property. 

Unit Dimensions:

Decoplage is a 16-story tower that comprises 667 units in all. Check the different units and their descriptions:

Studios range in sizes from 515 sq. ft. to 570 sq. ft. Some are converted to one-bedroom units with a wall separating the living room and bedroom.

Proper one-bedroom units range from 700 to 890 square ft. The smaller 700 sq. ft. 1 bedroom is 1/1 and the bigger 820 and 890 sq. ft. one-bedroom is 1/1.5 in size. 

The two-bedroom units are placed on opposite sides of the complex. Two 2-bedrooms on the side are right in front of Collins Avenue while the two oceanfront 2-bedrooms are facing the ocean. Note though that prices for city views are almost 50% less than the units facing the ocean. Check that out! 

Several units are combined into 2, 3, 4, and even 5-bedroom units.

The Penthouses offer higher ceilings and unique hallways. One of the penthouses has a private roof terrace. This is incredibly fabulous!
