Coastal cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on the second floor and having access to the balcony, a very nice living room and kitchenette and a separate downstairs laundry room that serves as the housekeeping for the entire Inn. The Chic Studio is downstairs, a generous 600 + studio with a king size bed, kitchenette and a seamless handicap access shower built in 2019. The 3rd building we call Ivy Cottage is sort of a duplex. Upstairs is a soaring ceiling 2 bedroom, one bath with a generous living room and kitchen, washer and dryer. Downstairs is a restaurant space with a commercial kitchen and a hood ventilating system and a very beautiful dining room with double French windows built in and two half baths, grease trap and all. There is a walk in cooler however all of the restaurant equipment belongs to the tenant who is moving at the end of April. Equipment is available for a separate purchase.
