Looking for a one bedroom convenient for parking and close enough to the Resort, but not in the main noisy pool side area, then you have finally found the perfect PLACE. This is just over the charming bridge to the main Resort area where if you stop in the middle of the bridge and are very quiet, you may just spot a lot of different wildlife to amaze you. From top of the trees to the branches close to the water's edge to in the woodsy knolls of the cypress trees, and even into the water you will see some foul birds, fish, and creepy looking wildlife. Oh, yes, getting back to the condo, this is one you can live in 45 days a year. You pay the asking price in cash, give a minimum of $5K in escrow, closing in 3 weeks, $8025 for your club membership initiation fee, which is a one time fee, and then collected quarterly your club monthly dues which are $435.35. You will need to get inside insurance from the drywall in, since the HOA is covering from the drywall out. You also will start your own Escrow Reserve Account with the minimum of $500.00. Every quarter the Accounting Department will collect all the revenue and checking the totals for each UNIT TYPE to determine which unit brought in the most monies. The Type B's for instance s are put together and they then decide how much for example are the totals for the B Units. The Resort takes 55% and all of the other B units take 45%. The other charge you have is the HOA or maintenance dues which includes the electric, water, internet, cable, hazard insurance, pest control services, exterior building maintenance, painting, roof which is a metal roof with a 40 year warranty, lawn care, etc. Although the information is believed to be accurate it is not guaranteed.
