There is so much to do in your own "little paradise" that being able to enjoy the day and stop in to take a quick power nap and then off you go again for golf or a swim. This is the condo you are only able to use 45 days a year, you must have a club membership and the initiation fee is $8,025.00 plus $435.00 a quarter. The HOA dues are collected quarterly and include the electric, pest control inside & outside too, water, cable, & internet, exterior building & lawn maintenance, hazard insurance, too. You have to open an escrow reserve account to start with $500.00. Every 3 months the Accounting department calculates how much revenue came in on all the one bedroom condos whether your condo was occupied or not. then the Resort for managing and placing the guests in the condos, all one bedroom condo owners receive 45% of that calculated amount and the Resort receives 55%.
