It was built on 30+ acres (including a lake) in 1978-1979 by Carman Development LTD and is within the city limits of Delray Beach- located just off the northwest corner of Homewood Blvd and Linton Blvd. Only 12 of the 43 buildings--including the one in which this listing is located -- are situated on the lake.
At least one approved buyer must be me at least 55 years of ago. And approved co-occupants must be at least 18 years of age. Occupants under the age of 55 can only reside on the premises if at least one 55+ occupant is in residence at the same time. Persons under 18 years of age are allowed to stay as a guest for up to 30 days per calendar year.
People at the Pines of Delray West are very friendly, there are lots of things to do and the grounds look great.
