The county maintains Ranchette but it appears the neighbors maintain Magnolia. Do not try and drive this road in a car. I have included a survey from a neighbor to help assist in locating the property. This surveyed property sits due NW of the subject property. I understand /heard they are building a home and it currently has a newer metal cattle type gate on it. ( only saying this to use as a possible landmark )
