We even have a loft (6th bedroom) that has a Foosball table.The City of Lauderdale by the Sea has an Ordinance which requires a minimum 7 night stay -- and a maximum of 10 guests (yes children count). And we do screen our guests. Please note that we do split our Holiday weeks to maximize income -- (please see dates below) .HOLIDAY (DECEMBER DATES)For the 2024-2025 Holiday Season the Christmas week ends (checkout) is on December 26 -- you are more than welcome to come early and stay more days. New Year's week begins December 27 and 7 nights ends January 3 -- and you can extend past that for more nights.The EXIT Cleaning Fee is based on a 7 night stay and # of guests. When staying longer than 7 nights, there is an extended stay cleaning fee. If you are renting LONG-TERM, the Lease will require you have the home cleaned every 3 weeks by our housekeeping team.
