Florida Grande is a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa.  All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups.  Each lot is landscaped, however owners have ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board.  We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort.
