This rental pool Walking Village one bedroom/one bath condo has the best location you could ask for. It is a walk away from the valet parking and it is on the first floor overlooking the golf green which is just so much fun to be sitting out on your patio watching the golfer's shots come in and then see their putts go to the hole. It is another day in "little paradise". Buying this condo the buyer understands at purchase an agreement is signed with the Saddlebrook hotel to let them use your condo as their condo for their hotel guests for 320 days which now lets you use your condo 45 days a year. The resort is in the process of renovations so at purchase you must pay for Phase 1 the interior renovations at an approximate cost of $8K. Phase 2 has not been determined neither the cost nor when it will be done. At purchase you must buy a club membership with an initiation fee of $8025 and quarterly dues of $435. for a family membership. The condo maintenance dues are paid quarterly and those are $1386. You also start an escrow reserve with $500 and the seller takes whatever he has in his escrow reserve account at closing. In addition you need a unit insurance policy and prior to closing you must meet with the general manager Mr. Pat Ciaccio for an overview of the rental pool purchase you are about to make. The membership gives you use of all the resort amenities & discounts to them too. This is a great purchase so do not hesitate.
