Wow! An amazing 55+ community to spend the winter. This totally renovated 1/1 is perfect size for a couple who want to enjoy Florida for the winter. This property has been completely redone and all the furniture is new. This is our first time renting. The living room is large and inviting. It has a reclining couch and a 55" TV to enjoy with cable and internet. The dining room is adjoined and has a table that opens to seat six comfortable. The Den is an all glass room (with impact resistant windows which are super efficient) and has a couch that opens to a bed. There are curtains that close to create a very private space. The bathroom is amazing and has a walk in shower for your convenience. The washer/dryer is in the unit and is a stackable. The Master bedroom sports a KING size bed, a 55" TV and a walk in closet. The kitchen is amazing and all brand new. It is fully stacked with all you will need from dishes to pots and pans. There is nothing to bring but some clothes and a tooth brush. This property is well worth seeing!!!
