This is a microbiology/plant tissue culture lab, with space previously inspected and approved by USDA for recombinant DNA and plant transformation work. The greenhouse space was also approved by the State of Florida as an inspected and certified plant nursery. The following equipment will be provided as part of the Lease in good working condition, but not maintained by Landlord: autoclave, two laminar flow hoods, deionized water, ice machine, chemical resistant sink, 2 refrigerators, heated orbital microbiology shaker, and -20 freezer, optional computer-controlled plant tissue culture incubators, and optional greenhouse. A small -80 freezer and Class IIa Type A2 Biosafety Cabinet are available for purchase. Repairs of the equipment will be the responsibility of the tenant. Also, hazardous waste disposal and liability insurance with Landlord as co-insured are tenant responsibilities.
