The pictures were taken before current tenant moved in. We are in the process of getting the property ready. Light cleanup and some minor repairs are in process (and got delayed because of the holidays) The house will be rented generally unfurnished. Rent will be $ 1200 per month plus electric. There are two bedrooms, a living/dining area connected to the kitchen and a small utility room with a stacked washer/dryer. Tenant will have use of a good part of the one acre yard.
