With ample seating and chaise lounges, this space is designed for pure relaxation. The primary suite serves as a tranquil retreat, featuring a king-size bed, generous closet space, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for family or guests with two twin-size beds. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located nearby. With its recent renovation, all-new furnishings, private pool, lakefront views, and access to River Strand’s renowned amenities, Villa Milano is an exceptional choice for a relaxing and memorable Florida getaway. Your reservation may require you to fill out a non-refundable Home Owners Association application that may request personal details.  House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets.  Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. Golf Membership As a valued guest in one of our vacation properties at River Strand Golf and Country Club, guests have complete membership privileges included in the price of this booking. The membership includes access to our championship golf coarse where you can golf as much as you like, plus all of the other country club amenities.
