These units are larger than apartments. Most guests want to sign annual leases after they arrive but we prefer to keep this a seasonal rental. We have no vacancies except when we are upgrading or annual cleaning. They rent extremely well due to the proximity to Punta Gorda and the park for winter guests and close to 3 hospitals for summer guests on 13-week contracts. This past year, most of our summer guests were having homes built or looking to purchase a home. We live in two units, one for our home and one for our offices. Office is located in 4423. We need an appointment as we run another business from here and may not be in the office. The NBR zoning permits offices as well as residences. The best part of this location is that the neighborhood is Charlotte Harbor Historic area with large Live Oak Trees throughout and single lane roads. You can walk about a block and a half and be at the waterfront park to sit on benches, get exercise or walk your pets. Perfect location.
