This meticulously styled home is located in THE PRESERVE section of WELLEN PARK, enriched with amenities and endless opportunities to socialize. The community pool and pickleball courts are right next door. Just a short stroll. our neighbors will become fast friends and a friendly, or perhaps not so friendly, pickleball match will ensue. For your time indoors, this gorgeous home with thoughtful touches, will provide the perfect setting to an amazing winter holiday. Well stocked with all the modern conveniences of home, you can pack lightly. Your love of cooking will return in this updated kitchen looking out upon the dining and living room with a perfect view to the preserve that lies just outside the lanai. The living area is comfortably designed and you can snuggle on the couch after a hard day of play and stream your favorite series. For those working remotely, there is a dedicated office space with strong Wi-Fi . Now I lay me down to sleep in King sized bedding for for a restful night's sleep. The attached bathroom has dual sinks and a walk in shower. No fighting over space here. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed which offers equal comfortability. Perfect for guests or perhaps two couples wishing to share space. The evenings and mornings are perfect for a moment of reflection on the screened lanai. The back yard is fenced and your approved 4 LEGGED BABIES are welcome. The preserve provides a peaceful backdrop and the sounds of Mother nature will soothe your mind. A day at the gorgeous Gulf Beaches in Venice or Manasota Key is short drive. Perfect for shelling, shark tooth hunting or just enjoying some well deserved salt therapy. Plenty of great dining and retail options close at hand in Wellen Park. Park the car and have an amazing dinner and take in a concert on the green.
